Raygen Lee

Raygen Lee’s dedication to representing businesses is evident in her work. Her practice centers around being a problem solver for businesses while zealously representing her clients when litigation arises. Raygen utilizes her advocacy and writing skills to efficiently resolve litigation issues in and out of the courtroom. Raygen stays informed on current general counsel matters and utilizes her litigation experience to counsel businesses on the best practices to avoid litigation.  

Raised in Burleson, where her family still lives, Raygen has always been fond of Fort Worth. She attended Warner University in Central, Florida where she played collegiate volleyball. As the first member of her family to graduate from college, Raygen continued to Texas Tech School of Law where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence. In her free time, Raygen enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog Zadie.

Representative Experience & Services

Raygen’s legal practice primarily focuses on litigation, but she extends her services to provide general counsel to business owners throughout Texas. As a civil trial attorney, she has valuable courtroom experience after multiple jury trials. As second chair, Raygen successfully defended a major corporation at trial in Tarrant County against a claim for $44,000,000.00. She has also successfully defended businesses against employment claims while ensuring operational practices are within the legal regulations moving forward.

Prior to law school, Raygen provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to children with severe mental illness. Her passion to assist those with severe mental illness and background experience has led her legal career to also include mental health law. She has first-chaired commitment proceedings where she advocated for a healthy life for individuals with severe mental health or intellectual disabilities.  

Raygen also has experience in professional malpractice litigation defending doctors, hospitals, and veterinarians in multifaceted complex litigation matters.
