Stuart Lumpkins is a trial lawyer and has been board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1991.

Stuart's experience includes a wide range of both commercial and personal injury litigation. During his career, he has represented businesses in resolving conflicts across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, and remediation & restoration. Stuart's cases have involved multiple legal issues and areas of law, such as contracts, collection, employment, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, franchising, insurance, probate, real estate and tax litigation. He has also represented nonsubscribers to workers' compensation for many years and is a frequent speaker at employer conferences on this topic.   • Long history of representing nonsubscriber clients, including reviewing and implementing occupational injury benefit plans, advising clients throughout the claims handling process, and defending lawsuits all over Texas.
