Jennifer maintains a litigation practice bolstered by more than 25 years of experience, representing both individual and corporate clients, and commercial and individual property owners, in civil litigation with emphasis in business and commercial litigation. She also handles matters specifically related to insurance defense and works on corporate organization and transactions.

  • Representation and counsel for one of the largest electric cooperatives in Texas
  • Seasoned counsel in developing and implementing operations and procedures policies
  • Representation of an independent insurance adjusting company and individual insurance adjusters in multiple lawsuits alleging violations of Texas Insurance Code
  • Representation of one of Texas’ largest electric cooperatives in drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, drafting various employee policies and litigating contract disputes
  • Representation of clients in state and federal courts in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and trademark infringement

With a focus on college and university law, Jennifer provides counsel and legal representation for educational institutions of all sizes, from private universities to districts to individual schools.
